• Technical degree.
• Good Communication Skills.
• 4+ years of experience in an IT or technical support of Enterprise Software
• Experience on IIS Servers
• Experience with Microsoft Server 2003/2008 to include an understanding of the following :
- Windows shares/ permissions
- Internet Information Services
- Windows Event log
- Windows Services
- Windows media platform
• SQL Server 2005/2008
- Ability to write SQL queries
- Review SQL jobs execution
• Experience with application log files/ XML configuration files
• Experience installing/ supporting Enterprise Software
• Solid troubleshooting / root cause analysis skills.
