Job Description	• Prepares relevant documents for bank loan approval • Clarifies all doubts that the bank officials might have • Keeps track of plan amendments and communicate the same to the bank • Communicates approval number to customer availing of the loans • Communicates with the customers for further action (grace period, extensions, cancellations) • Builds relationships with the local bank authorities • Assists the Zonal Sales Loaning role in identifying banks and financial institutions in the area to facilitate timely loan disbursements and negotiating with them for project specific offerings • Follows up for EMI payments from banks
