Job Description	Preparation of the Building Layouts, Elevations in reference of the Master Plan. · Liaison with the statutory bodies. · Review, understanding of the architectural drawings. Coordination with consultants / architects for designs and drawings. Execution of basic civil works including brick work, flooring, Tiling, Plumbing, Sanitary, all kind of wooden, gypsum & aluminum partitions, wood works, false ceilings & painting . Repair , maintenance and upkeep of factory buildings in a large Automobile Plant. · To Handle and coordinate with site supervisors for the timely completion of the works including solving the problem related to sites, etc.
Desired Profile	B.Arch. from a recognized University/Institution with an experience of 3 / 6 years in the layout planning, architectural buildings, elevations for a good office, services and plant buildings. · Good knowledge in Auto cad. Architectural design work. · Knowledge Projects expansion plan, Candidate should be well versed with & Interior Projects execution skills. · Should have good knowledge in Design Coordination, Preparing changes in drawings if required.
