Job Description	Ø  Experience in Citrix 4.5 / XenApp 6.0 and Terminal Services. Ø  Experience in Citrix hot fix, rollup, deployment and OS scripts. Ø  Experience in handling 1000+ Citrix servers environment. Ø  Experience in Citrix licensing, publishing applications and print management on Citrix. Ø  Experience in ICA client configuration and end user troubleshooting. Ø  Strong ability to monitor performance, should exhibit good troubleshooting, skill to provide root cause analyses for any incidents that occur within the CITRIX service. Ø  Experience with Microsoft operating systems, working knowledge of Windows 2003/2008 Servers, Windows XP, Microsoft Office and Networking technologies. Ø  Desirable knowledge of virtual servers. Ø  Expertise to handle incidences and dealing with processes in ISO standard hosting environment. Ø  Exposure in Business continuity and disaster recovery. Ø  Must demonstrate the ability to learn and communicate new technologies. Ø  Basic familiarity with healthcare organizations. Ø  Excellent communication skills. Cross cultural communication.
