Job Description
For Assistant Manager -• With support from the Zonal Sales Head, develops site specific sales strategies for revenue maximization
• Scrutinizes and authorizes all sales deals at the site
• Reviews and monitors sales status at the site to ensure achievement of sales targets
• Coordinates with the site manager and the planning team and provide inputs to plan construction as per sales feasibility and sales promise to customers
• Oversees key functions like revenue realization operations, sales loaning at the site
• Identifies key broker/ realtor/ institutional relationships in the site area and manage the relationships
• Reviews and monitors sales status to ensure the achievement of sales targets
• Ensures strong after sales customer relations
• Leverages existing relationships and public networking
• Networks with other site sales heads to understand sales issues and resolutions at other sites
• Ensures accurate and timely reporting and MIS
• Manages and supports recruitment, set KRA's for direct reports, monitor overall zone’s KRA's, conduct performance appraisal
• Oversees staff deployment and drive motivation levels of the team, monitor staff.
For Executive/ Sr. Officer -
Achieve the sales target as per assigned by the Site Management,Make focused effort to for 50% direct booking.Coordinate in the Revenue Realization,Make effective efforts for unit cancellation control,Effective working on the sales promotion schemes,Coordinate with the para banking field & sales associates for the effective result to achieve the assigned target
-Sell residential properties to propspective customers, make regular sales calls and meetings
- Responsible for managing the cultivating execution and delivery of high end sales to assigned base and provide solution based sales and service offering to customers
- Relationship management to maintain the existing customer and generate the future buyers
