Job Description
POLICY ADMINISTRATION & EMPLOYEE HYGIENE MANAGEMENT • To ensure that appointment letters are issued and joining formalities and filing of personnel records are completed on time.

• To ensure up to date personnel records, leave records are maintained for all employees in the circle.

• To ensure compliance with statutory requirements like registrations, PF, ESIC etc.

• To interact with various stakeholders on matters pertaining to transfers, promotions, separations, appointments etc.

• To provide clarifications and inputs to employees on all HR policy related matters.

• Superannuation Fund operations.

• Employee relations

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • To ensure that the compensation administration at the circle is done in line with the compensation policy defined at corporate office.

• To ensure timely disbursement of compensation to all employees at the circle.

To propose relevant salary offers to candidates in Band 3 and below in line with internal parity & corporate guidelines

Performance assessment system

• Drive implementation of the Performance Management system at the circle.

• To execute the process within timelines and ensure richness in the process.

Others • Drive / champion SOX compliance for the function

• Statutory Compliances
