Job Description

·         Implement and execute the recruitment plan for the Circle to meet the high growth business requirements.

• Ensure availability of skilled manpower at the right time as per business plan

• Identifying, Screening and Sourcing the talent

• Quarter wise planning for manpower recruitment

• Scheduling & conducting Interviews

• Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.

• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.

·         Implement and ensure smooth selection and on boarding process by providing a comfort zone for the new joiners leading to increase employee satisfaction and bonding

·         Employment Verification of the selected candidate

·         Collect all the required documents for Selection

·         Offering the suitable candidate & Negotiation

·         Promoting our work culture and values to motivate fresh talents to join

·         Assist the candidate for his pre joining formalities such as pre-employment medical Check up.

·         Creating a comfort factor and ‘WOW’ feeling for the new joiners
