Job Description: - • Overall responsibility of Customer Ops for the cluster

• Ensures smooth operation of all touches points customer care.

• CSAT /FTR with close looping of complaints /escalations .

• Responsible for driving customer retention voluntary/involuntary.

• Organize Customer Contact programs at each towns and WWE’s.

• Undertake high user visit for retention and relationship building

• Monitor customer complaint resolution as per SLA from all customer contact points.

• Responsible for achieving the CC business goals.

Desired Profile: - Professional qualification with minimum 6 to 8 years of experience.
Experience: - 4 - 8 Years
